Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Craft strategy and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services and retain users through marketing platform.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve digital marketing performance.
  • Work together with relevant team to ensure platform’s availability and reliability (i.e. technical implementation, data tracking, platform deliverability).
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  • Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  • Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
  • Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Driving performance marketing via SEO/SEM,Google Ad Words and other online marketing tools.


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Minimum Experience 4 Years in the same positions.
  • Have knowledge with SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, Google Webmaster Tools and Social Media Ads
  • Hard worker, drive for result, attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, adaptable, can work under pressure with tight deadline
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications and spreadsheet-based reporting.
  • Critical thinking with strong decision-making abilities to execute right campaign in right channels/platforms
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online.
  • Have experience in managing Ad Networks for Re-engagement campaigns
  • Experiences in handling programmatic ad buying (e.g DoubleClick) would be a plus
